Wines
All wines are made onsite in small batches. They are listed roughly from dry to sweet, with the grape wines being dryer than the fruit wines.We also sell Blush (raspberry apple) and an estate grown Cabernet Franc, but they are out of stock at the moment.
Flights of 4 wines are available for $10. Flights are the equivalent of one glass pour.
Our winemaker is Alan Berntson who leant the trade from his parents Pete and Claire.
Scarlet Run
The new batch is a round, full bodied cabernet sauvignon with a hint of fruitiness. This wine is fermented in stainless steel with no exposure to oak, which allows the fruit to be more upfront. Perfect for sangria. Scarlet Run is a fictitious name brought on by our love of greyhounds. Serve at room temperature or with a slight chill in the summer. 12% alc.

One Off
This white wine is a Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented without any oak, this wine is medium bodied and dry. Goes nicely with light meals and cheese and fruit. Serve lightly chilled. 12% alc.

The Raven
The current batch is a Pinot Noir. Light, dry red wine with a hint of fruit. Soft tannins. The subtle flavors of this wine can be enhanced by allowing the wine to breathe before serving which can be best achieved by decanting. Serve at room temperature. 12% alc.

River Valley White
This white wine is a Riesling. It is a dry, easy drinking white which goes nicely with light snacks and good company. Serve chilled. 12% alc.

Cranberry Apple
Dangerously delicious! Our most popular wine. Cranberries and apples are blended for a sweet tart finish. This wine will surprise you with it's versatility and compliments many styles of cooking including turkey, ham and grilled foods. As a result this wine is extremely popular around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Serve chilled. 11% alc.

Blueberry
This complex fruit wine is lightly sweet with a smooth berry finish and is reminiscent of a light port. Delicious with sharp cheddars and blue cheeses or as an after dinner wine. Serve room temperature or chilled. 14-16% alc.

Blackberry
A deep, full-bodied wine with summer fruit flavors. Sweet and jammy this wine pairs well with dessert and soft cheeses. This wine is great for sipping or delicious added to champagne/prosecco or sangria. Our customers like this mixed with our blueberry wine to create a 'Black & Blue' AKA 'The Bruise'! Serve chilled. 14% alc.

Crush
Deep, sweet and full bodied. Raspberries, blackberries and blueberries are blended together to make this very popular wine. Great for sipping or add it to a sparkling wine such as prosecco for a real treat. Pairs well with chocolate or pour over ice cream and add fresh berries. Serve chilled. 14-16% alc.

Lush
Made of 100% dark cherries, this wine is lightly sweet. It drinks like a medium rosé with cherry upfront and a delicate tartness. Serve with lighter meals or try it with red wine to enhance your favorite sangria. Serve chilled. 12% alc.

Spiced Apple
This seasonal wine tastes like apple pie in a bottle! The mulling spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove are steeped in this apple wine to deliver it's delicious flavor. Nice cold, but best served heated with light brown sugar for a wonderful fall or winter treat. Perfect for relaxing in front of a fire! Best served heated. 12% alc.
