Blueberry Wine

This complex fruit wine is lightly sweet with a smooth berry finish
and is reminiscent of a light port.
The blueberries we use are the Maine low bush variety and are grown organically
in soil rich in peat which imparts a slightly smoky taste.

Delicious with sharp cheddars and blue cheeses or as an after dinner wine.

Serve room temperature or chilled. 14-16% alc.
