This is a dry, lightly tannic red that is best served with meals.
This is our first Vintage from these grapes.

We have started replacing the Pinot Noir in our vineyard with Cabernet Franc
as it is better suited to the climate we are getting now.

Serve at room temperature. 12% alc.
